This page explains what happens to your information when you join the Milestones waitlist or send us feedback or a question. These are the only features of this website that collect personal information.
What we collect
- Your email address, which you enter in the waitlist form or the feedback form.
- The message you write in the feedback form.
- The date and time you joined or sent a message.
- Whether your acknowledgement email, or our internal notification about your message, was sent successfully.
- A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, company, or any other details.
Why we collect it
We use your waitlist email address to tell you about early access to Milestones. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
When you send feedback or a question, we keep your message together with your email address so we can reply to you and refer back to it later. Sending a message does not add you to the waitlist.
Feedback and questions
Each message is saved to our database and forwarded by email to the Workbase HQ team inbox, with your email address set as the reply address. The team replies to you from that inbox.
The acknowledgement email
When you join, we send one email confirming that you are on the waitlist. If it cannot be delivered straight away, we may retry a limited number of times.
Services we use
Waitlist records and feedback messages are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Emails are delivered by Resend. These providers process the data only to operate these features on our behalf.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. To keep automated spam out of the forms, they use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to confirm a person is submitting. Cloudflare processes that information under its own privacy policy and does not receive your email address or message from us.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while the Milestones waitlist and early access programme are running, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep feedback messages for future reference until you ask us to delete them. Rate-limiting hashes are short-lived and are removed automatically as new requests are processed.
Deleting your information
To have your email address removed from the waitlist, or your feedback messages deleted, email hey@workbasehq.com from the address you used, or reply to any email we have sent you. We will delete your records and confirm.
Changes
If we change how this information is used, we will update this page and the date at the top.
